Spytail Rum

The Spytail Rum Company is based in the Cognac region of France, an area renowned for its quality wine and spirits. France has a long history of importing and drinking rums and  Spytail embodies the collaboration of French craftmanship with premium Caribbean rum.  Spytail Cognac Barrel is a Caribbean rum aged and finished in Cognac barrels while Spytail Ginger Rum is aged in Cognac barrels, then blended and infused with ginger and other spices to produce a delicious twist on a traditional spiced rum.
