Chase Distillery

Why Chase? The Chase family has a passion for farming and unlike most, they distil from field to bottle. Based in Herefordshire in Great Britain, a region that boasts some of the richest red soil in the world, ideal for growing potatoes, Chase Distilleries use the King Edward, Lady Claire and Lady Rosetta potatoes for their range of Chase vodkas and gins. A family with a farming heritage, nothing goes to waste.

Steam energy is generated from their bio-boiler, fuelled by pruning from the Chase apple orchards which power the distillery, and all ingredients used in spirit production are sourced from the Chase farm where possible, or from trusted local suppliers. All coming together to produce that unique smooth, creamy mouthfeel with delicate botanical flavours across their entire portfolio of Gin and Vodka products.

Stuart Alexander & Co. commenced managing the marketing, sales and distribution of Chase Distillery in Australia in 2020.
