From our early beginnings in tobacco trading, the 'industry of gentleman', agreements were made on the shake of a hand and integrity bred trust and respect. Testament to this is our over 50 year relationship with some of our early trading partners, as well as our financial advisors, auditors, bank and law firm.

This passion for building and investing in relationships extends also to our employees. Our tradition of caring has been repaid many times over through loyalty and service, with many careers with the company spanning more than 30 years. I've personally been involved with the company for over 35 years and follow in the footsteps of my father who worked for the company for over 50 years.

I am privileged today to lead one of Australia's oldest and largest privately owned companies and share the Stuart Alexander family experience and values with you.
