500g lean ground beef
3 tbsp or 60ml TABASCO®
Red Pepper Sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 slices of cheddar cheese
6 hamburger buns
6 red onion slices
6 tomato slices
6 lettuce leaves |
1 Combine ground beef, 2 tbsp TABASCO® Red Pepper Sauce, and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into 6 patties.
2 Combine mayonnaise with remaining 1 tbsp TABASCO® Red Pepper sauce, mix well and set aside.
3 Grill or fry hamburger patties to desired doneness. Place cheese slices on burgers and continue cooking just until cheese melts.
4 Spread mayonnaise on buns and top with burgers, onion, tomato & lettuce.
